A doctor is on staff and is called in case of any injury or accident that occurs on the school premises. If the doctor feels that a pupil requires further medical care, the pupil’s parents are contacted. In extreme emergencies, pupils will be taken to the hospital and the parents are contacted as soon as possible

If a pupil needs to leave the school due to an illness, he/she should visit the school doctor who will will check the pupil and diagnose his illness and will notify the school office if the pupil needs to go home

Children diagnosed with contagious illnesses should not return to school without the written consent of a doctor

Upon registration at the beginning of the school year, the school should be informed of pupils with special medical needs such as asthma or allergies. If medication is to be taken during school hours, the parents must provide the doctor with a letter describing the dosage and prescription of these medications
